Having run corporate recruiting programs for over 12 years prior with printed resumes, email, spreadsheets and complicated software, they wanted to leverage the benefits of internet technology to hiring people easier. Consequently, they built Newton, easy-to-use, applicant tracking software that’s designed to work the way recruiting works.
